Our Philosophy
Founded in 2013, Xtreme Aviation began as a field service and AOG rescue team. With the desire to one day be a world class organization, our will to provide excellent quality maintenance, first class customer service and 100% dedication led us to become the organization we are today! Growing every day, we take the customer-vendor relationship to a whole new level by creating customer service relationships that cater to individual needs!

The Xtreme Team, as we call each other, are a family outside of our own families. We understand that we spend more time with each other, than we do at home! Let’s face it, its aviation, right? As a company we host company BBQ’s and gatherings to interact on a personal level and collaborate on new ideas to expand and improve. We take all ideas into consideration, even the smallest ones.
Luis Gonzalez
President
Luis Gonzalez is a seasoned veteran of the MRO world for more than 24 yrs. He started his aviation career in the US Army working CH47D Chinook Helicopters and joined the Civilian aviation industry upon completing his active-duty contract. He quickly grew in the ranks of the Civil Aviation industry through training, hard work, technical expertise, and his abilities as a leader/mentor. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Thomas University and is a recipient of the Bronze Star Medal for his service in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom. The passions that now drive him are the continued growth and development of the Greatest Aviation Team in the world.
Dicxon Jimenez
VP of Safety & Quality
At present, Dicxon Jimenez holds the position of Accountable Manager at Xtreme Aviation, where he assumes a pivotal role in overseeing and managing a wide array of maintenance-related tasks and activities. Within this capacity, his primary responsibility revolves around ensuring strict adherence to the regulations stipulated by the Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs), as well as upholding the various policies and procedures established by the company. As the Accountable Manager, Dicxon plays a crucial role in guaranteeing the seamless operation of the organization’s maintenance department.
Maria Jimenez
VP of Logistics & Materials
Over 35 years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials, Logistics, and Program Management professional with a proven track record of establishing and growing materials-related programs in the aviation industry. Skilled at managing international relationships with suppliers and customers and developing an atmosphere emphasizing success through teamwork. Experienced at optimizing inventory investments, fill rates, and process times. Maria also holds vast experience in customer interactions and company represenation.
